and take a deep breath for yourself

WELCOME

Apolo Javier Zamparelli Perez

Have you experienced feeling unseen and unheard by a health professional you were counting on?

Have you had a moment where that person or people didn’t believe in you? (ie: "you'll always have this problem" or "you just have a bad back")

It is through these very experiences that led me to become the practitioner I was seeking – someone who recognizes you as a unique being, in your body and in your mind.

My path as a healing professional first led me to study the mind and acquire a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Next, I chose to study the body and the application of therapeutic touch in becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. Subsequently, I chose to deepen my understanding of the relationship between the two in becoming a 500-Hour Registered Yoga teacher. Parallel to my studies, many years of experience as a high-performance athlete in Triathlon, Track, and Obstacle Course Racing granted me an embodied understanding of physiology and biomechanics. As of today, I hold 20 years of experience within the health and wellness field.

As your massage therapist, you can expect a safe space to be yourself and to go deep into your journey towards an optimal state of harmony within your body and your mind.

Whether you have a specific injury that you are wanting to heal, or have been chronically stressed or anxious, or simply want to relax for some time, rest assured that you have someone to support you.

I am honored to be of service.
